Please fill in theNovelty Report, and send it to bsktcx@ncepu.edu.cn after the completion. Then, please pay attention to the notice in your email.

There is no charge for the first stamped Novelty Report of Ph.D student.

After the Novelty Report is completed, an email will be sent to the applicant. Then, the applicant prints the Novelty Report and asks the novelty retrieving staffs to sign and stamp.
